Briefly:
I was responsible for the customer’s overall experience from the first contact to the sale’s finalization. Furthermore, I was responsible for the company’s digital presence, establishment and promotion while I introduced and established the use of CRM. Additionally, I conducted several feasibility studies, market, productivity and performance analysis, business development presentations and more.
